After suffering devastating first-round losses to both Fedor Emelianenko and Brett Rogers earlier this year, Andrei Arlovski is looking to make a comeback. The former UFC heavyweight champion is hoping to return to action at either the Strikeforce: Evolution event on December 19th, or at the Dynamite!! 2009 event on New Year's Eve in Japan. Who does he want to fight? "Fedor or [Brett] Rogers," Arlovksi bluntly noted. "Because they both beat me and I want a rematch."

Saturday night's "Fight Of The Night" between Josh Koscheck and Anthony Johnson at UFC 106 didn't lack stoppages. The fight was paused twice due to eye pokes, and once for an illegal knee to a downed Koscheck from Johnson. However, Johnson is claiming that he actually hit Koscheck's arm, and that Koscheck may have acted hurt because he was gassing.

Forrest Griffin was able to avenge his controversial UFC 59 split-decision loss to Tito Ortiz. Both fighters were entering the cage tonight injured, as Griffin noted that he broke a foot in training. That gave Ortiz an opportunity to start rattling off the injuries he had, which included fighting with a black eye - which he said was a result of a cracked skull - as well as a bulging disk in his neck. The crowd booed Ortiz while he was going through his injuries, prompting Griffin to interject.
